Smail Buick was awesome
The only problem we had was at checkout. We had to wait at least 30 minutes for the payment from Endurance to be faxed. We have no problem when Wendy does our checkout.

Was in market for 2500 series 4wd pickup. Bill Campana was willing to sell at Msrp. The OH dealers wanted Over Msrp so I drove to PA. Truck to bouncy for me but Bill was Great no "let me ask manager bull"

I lost my "electronic key" to my recently purchased Buick. In a panic went to dealership (Smail) to get another key. When asked by the greeter how she could help me she apparently saw my destress on my face walked me to the parts department where fortunately for me had a key. She then took me to the service department where they said "they would gladly take care of it from here". They brought my car into the service area to program the key. I had no idea it was so involved-I just thought a new key could easily be made. Long story short, the "Smail Team" took over and was I relieved as I went to the lounge to wait. It didn't take long until I got a text on my phone "it was almost done". As a senior citizen I had no Idea the complexity or cost of making this kind of key and I can't say enough good things about how I was treated that day. Thank you everyone. I am grateful for your help and understanding for ir was stressful for me and late in the day for you.
I had such a great / easy experience at Smail , they had more cars available than most dealers lately and Susan took her time and helped me compare and made sure I was getting the best deal for my money , they handled everything and even the paperwork wasn’t as annoying as I’ve had it be at other dealers

Our service advisor (Troy) always goes out of his way to greet us promptly and courteously. We usually walk to a nearby restaurant or take the shuttle rather than wait in the waiting room for our car to be serviced. Troy arranged for the shuttle service and the service was very accomodating. We actually look forward to bringing our car in for service. Thank you so much!
